Product Shipping
1. Products are shipped upon receipt of the order.
2. However, if the order is received on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, the products are shipped on the next business day.
3. Holidays include the New Year holiday (December 20 - January 5) and Obon (August 10 - August 16). If an order is received during that time, the products are shipped on the next business day.
Method of Payment
Payment must be received at the time of order.
Method of Remittance
1. An invoice will be sent to you by fax as soon as your order is received.
2. Upon verification of the total cost of the products and shipping, remit payment from your bank.
3. A receipt will be sent to us by fax upon receipt of payment, and the products will be shipped promptly.
Other
If you wish to return a product, please do so within 7 day of receipt, incurring all shipping costs. Any product that has been damaged or used, however, cannot be returned.
